LMF II Infantry Knife - Gerber
Whether you are down behind enemy lines or stranded in the wilderness and left to fend for yourself, it is these types of scenarios that inspired the Gerber LMF II Infantry Knife. Former military man, Jeff Freeman led the charge to engineer this fearless new 10" survival knife. Field tested with the troops, this is no "Rambo Knife". The Gerber LMF Infantry Knife is the real thing.
The Gerber LMF II Infantry Knife is as adaptable as the people who carry it. It does not matter if you are a soldier, hiker or survivalist. This is one tough knife. Use the LMF II Infantry Knife to cut through the skin of a fuselage or sever a seat belt. The Gerber LMF Knife can help you egress through the Plexiglas of an aircraft or simply help you cut firewood or build a survival shelter.
The over-molded handle of the Gerber LMF Infantry Knife successfully limits blistering and a complete separation between the tang and butt cap absorbs the shocks from hammering and prevents electrical shock. The low-profile sheath facilitates movement, limits noise, works for parachuting, and attaches to a belt or Molle vest. The patented, integrated sharpener means edge retention in the field.
Hanging up side down and held in with a seatbelt or some other tough nylon strapping? Cutting through the webbing will be easy with the included Gerber LMF II Safety Knife. No need to worry about cuts or punctures were you don't want them. The design shields the cutting edge and protects delicate surfaces.
